By accessing or using English Classroom, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the service on behalf of a school, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

English Classroom provides an ad-free gamified English learning and spelling bee platform for schools, including spelling games, tournaments, leaderboards, teacher dashboards, and student progress tracking.

To use the service, users must:

• Be authorized by a subscribing school or use an approved demo environment.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials secure.
• Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.

School plans, student limits, trial periods, and pricing are described on the website or in an order form. We may modify plan features or pricing for future subscription periods with reasonable notice where required.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service except as expressly permitted.
• Use the platform in a way that violates applicable child protection or school policies.

Mindpalace Trivia LLP and its licensors own the platform, branding, software, content structure, and related materials. Schools receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for internal educational purposes during an active subscription.

Demo access is provided for evaluation only. Demo data is sample data, may reset, and must not be relied upon for production use. Certain actions are disabled in demo mode.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific educational outcomes, though we design the platform to support classroom spelling practice and engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindpalace Trivia LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid by the school for the service in the twelve months before the claim, unless a higher limit is required by law.

We may update these Terms or discontinue features with notice where appropriate. Schools may stop using the service according to their subscription terms. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or for security reasons.
